Since opening our doors in 1975, Capistrano’s Bakery has grown from a small Italian Bakery into a prominent wholesale bakery in the Phoenix area. We presently supply hundreds of customers valley-wide with over 200 freshly baked products. We now serve a three state area: Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Our products are baked and delivered fresh daily. We deliver buns and rolls, bagels, croissants, loaf breads, artisan breads and specialty items to an array of customers. We also carry an assortment of par baked wholesale bakery products if you prefer to do the baking yourself.

Some of our fresh baked products are signature items that we have developed especially for our customers. We listen to your needs and attempt to provide you with products that fit your business style. We believe that input from our customers is an important factor in providing the highest quality product available to our clients and the Phoenix area consumer.

We have a diverse clientele. We provide freshly baked, quality wholesale bread products to restaurants, delis and sandwich shops, schools, hotels, farmer’s markets, hotels and resorts, catering companies, senior living communities, concessions for sporting complexes, bars and grills, and gourmet grocery stores.
Customer service representatives can call for your order each day, or you can call or fax in your order. If you prefer, you can also keep a standing order with us. Our drivers will make sure that your order is delivered fresh the next day. (Except Sunday) We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.
