We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact our customer service department at order@capistranosbakery.net within 10 days of receiving our product. We will do our best to make it right.

 

Capistrano's Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped using 2-day delivery. We want our products to always arrive fresh. Shipping charges are based on each item. We ship our breads Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each week, except on holidays. This means that your order will arrive on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Your bread choice will determine which day your bread will ship.

Our breads are perishable, so unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military facilities or college dormitories. Temperatures over 95 degree can affect our products. We will ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. We cannot ship internationally. Postal and delivery services will not forward our packages and we can only guarantee delivery to the addresses that we are given. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
